Kingshuk R. Couples India, November 10, 2012	OK Type Hotel The Manger is very well behaved 7.7 Very Far away from the Colombo City, about 12 kms & Airport is also 18 kms far.The hotel remains mostly empty & is used mainly for marriage receptions only.Breakfast is not at all good.

Das Hotel hatte ich vorher informiert, dass wir gern früh einchecken wollten.Der Nachtportier hat jedoch nicht verstanden, dass das Hotel bereits vorab über Agoda gebucht und bezahlt wurde. Erst nach langen Diskussionen hat er davon abgesehen, uns einen überhöhten Preis abzuverlangen. Sein Kollege in der Tagesschicht hat es dann wieder versucht, in dem behauptet hat, wir hätten aus Versehen eine Luxussuite erhalten statt des Zimmers, das wir gebucht haben. Auf dem Hotelvoucher war aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht die ganze Kreditkartennummer enthalten und er wollte die vollständige Nummer haben. Angeblich, weil er sonst von Agoda das Geld nicht wieder bekommt. Somit haben wir uns trotz gutem Zimmers dort nicht ganz wohl gefühlt und fürchten, was mit den Informationen unserer Kreditkarte noch geschieht.
