Great value beach hotel
On the beach, spacious rooms, very affordable

Overall, great value for a beach hotel. Spacious, clean rooms with ample amenties. Friendly staff, though not very fluent in English. Good choice of local and internal dishes on menu. Themed buffet nights at only around 15USD. Negombo town is 8 mins by Tuk Tuk (around 300 rupees or under 3 USD).
