Delyse P. Couples Australia, April 22, 2013	Relaxing by the pool Pool, staff, location 9.7 Rani beach resort is a great place to finish a trip in Sri Lanka. The pool is large and clean with a great view of the beach, perfect for relaxing before a flight as its close to the airport. Plenty of bars and food close by for a night out. Staff are lovely too.

And the rooms were big. 9.3 I was expecting someplace in the middle of nowhere with a dive riom. But I was wrong. This is by far the best hotel Ive stayed at in Negombo. The only complaint would be the bed. Needs to update the mattress. It was hard and bumpy. I was on the 2nd floor. Which means you have to lug your baggage up. No elevators. I love this hotel..

Flies and other insects kept going on the food and the quality was poor. The worker lifted up my key to see my room number instead of asking me my room number which I thought was in poor form.
