very bad management,
nothing to say about hotel ( one waiter is good)

Poor management becourse initially they change all good bed sheets after seen my children
and initially they refuse to me (after seing my children 03 Nos & no cupbord inside,to keep our dersses also.no carpet in front of bath room,no cupboard,

Fantastic staff in a nice hotel

Very pleasant extremely helpful staff. Located just short walk out of Nuwaru Eliya. A la carte option in hotel restaurant - good food. Very spacious modern bedroom with ensuite.
No other hotel facilities such as swimming pool/gym so not much to do in downtime. Overall nice hotel but overpriced at $110 per night
