This hotel specializes in Chinese group tourists and all services in the hotel are oriented towards meeting their needs. The rooms are extremely basic by normal business traveller requirements. Food was poor. Would not recommend this hotel except under extreme circumstances.

Fair location, need 5mins taxi distance from downtown. As an Eco hotel, I accept dim light and fair air-conditional all around. But the hotel service was unacceptable. The door to balcony was not well installed. The glass door just put in front of the balcony. Luckily, I saw it and not pull on it. It was very dangerous. I reqested to change room or repair it as many mosquito came into the room. The reply was 'NO' because hotel was full and no staff for repairment.
Travel tip:
nothing to see nearby as it was a residental area

the room is spacious and comfortable and it comes with a balcony. the hotel location is superb as it is very near to carrefour night market; its just a few mins walk.

the hotel overall service and location is good as it's located just in front of carrefour and a night market so it's really convenient. the only thing inconvenient is wifi can only be available in the lobby. the breakfast not fantastic as well.

beautiful and spacious hotel

stayed only 1 day/1 night at this hotel as chiayi was our base for visiting alishan. reached chiayi in the evening, and left hotel for dinner after checking in, came back around 10 for a good night's rest before checking out early in the morning and leaving to catch our bus to alishan. however, as we did not want to lug our luggages up to alishan, the hotel very kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage at the front counter and kept it for the rest of the day until we returned in the early evening to retrieve them, before we set off for kaohsiung.
hotel's location is ok, took a 5 mins cab ride from the train station (tra). difficult to get a cab tho, the cabbies touting customers were only interested in sending people up to alishan and tried to cheat us of our money by saying we needed 2 cabs for 4 people as our luggages were too big. found a private cabby instead who agreed to take us all in his cab.
so anyway, the hotel lobby is very very spacious and had nice furnishings and decor. staff were helpful too. free wifi in lobby (can't remember if the room had free wifi too). room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. the bathroom was beautiful. it had both a bathtub and shower stall.. the bathtub was located beside a small window panel that looks into the room itself, from there u could watch tv while taking a slow bath. for privacy, there were blinds that u could lower too.
i really enjoyed my short but memorable stay in this hotel, wouold definitely recommend to anybody wanting to visit chiayi. it is cheap, comfortable, cosy and beautiful

We stayed for two nights in this hotel. However, when we returned to the hotel in the first night, our hotel room was not tidied up.
The staff explained that they did not know whether we were out or not. This was an unacceptable excuse, they should have realized if the room was occupied or not by simply knocking the door.
We suggest the hotel to provide a card for the guests to hang outside the room door (one side indicating not to disturb and the other side requesting for room cleaning, this is something usual in other hotels).

Love this hotel
New, close to night market

The hotel is new and the room is big enough for 4 of us, the family room has 2 double size beds and still plenty of space, very close to the night market. Great position, but it is a bit far away to train station and no Wifi in the room.

there was a mis-communication with agoda and the hotel staff as when i went there they realised that they did not recieved a confirmation letter from agoda, but i had the confirmation email.
but they did not reject me, though their hotel was full, they upgrade me to 2 motels instead of one family room.
they rooms were great and the service was very good. =)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Though the area is not close to anywhere, there is a night market called Careffour night market.. A taxi there wouldn't be expensive. The place there is fun filled with games and food! =)

駅から離れているが設備は良いホテルでした
部屋の広さも充分で、清潔感あふれる調度品で心地良く過ごせました。

嘉義駅から歩いて行くには遠すぎるので、タクシー使用が必要でした。フロント係りは親切ではあったが、保持している情報に正確さに欠ける点があった。例えば、翌朝の朝食開始時間が早まった情報を掴んでおらず、危うく朝食を摂れずにチェックアウトする所でした。無線LANが各部屋では使用できずに、フロント付近に限定されている点は改善して欲しい部分です。近接して店がないので、外食等には少し歩く必要があります。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
歩いて１０分程度の所に地元の人が利用する素朴な夜市があるので、大都市の夜市にはない風情を満喫できます。
