Hotel is very big and a lot of groups are using it as a stop in Hualien. This means that there can be a lot of noise very early in the morning and quite late in the evening depending on departures/arrival times.
Breakfast is quite poor from European standards.
Rooms were quite big and comfortable and there was no cigarette smell.
Staff was not very communicative and their English not so good. However they agreed to lower the music in the corridors which was very loud and prevented us to sleep.

The quad rooms are large and comfortable.
It was a super stormy night on the day I was at Hualien and the driveway was completely flooded. Yet coach buses of Chinese tourists kept coming so it was rather chaotic.
Generally no problems with the hotel as I spent little time there.
Whilst the wifi there is free without any passwords needed, the only con is that the wifi on the 5th floor is so weak that there's no signal at all. Had to go down to the lobby just to use wifi.
Had to find a place for dinner. Apparently there was a "rainbow restaurant" at the basement of the hotel but it was so "un-inviting" that we had rather venture out on a stormy night to settle dinner.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Please ask the locals where to find the famous 炸弹葱油饼. It is a super must-try at Hualien.

古くて垢抜けないが、スタッフの質とサービスはよかった

ホテルは街はずれにあり、買物や外食をするには不便。
しかし日中も静かで、のんびりとしている。
目の前の海岸沿いに、綺麗に整備されたサイクリングロードがあり、ホテルで自転車を借りて
七星潭の方まで足をのばすことができた。
ホテルの古い内装と設備に目をつむれば、ホテルスタッフの質もよく、短期ステイにはいいホテルだと思う。

酒店位置適中, 但設備較為陳舊. 服務員笑容可掬, 房間缺少了部份日用品, 電聯後很快送到. 台式早餐不錯, 但酒店旅行團較多, 要避開他們用早餐的時間就要早上八時後才能用餐了.

眺望花蓮港非常美,價格又不貴,蠻適合短暫的住宿
早餐還好,但還可以改善空間,整體服務還好
周邊停車方便,有游泳池花園,到市區需開車,不過也不是很遠,感覺很寧靜沒有交通上的吵雜,讓人可放慢腳步,出差與家庭花蓮旅遊是不錯的住宿選擇.
