Great Hotel with Friendly Staff

The level of staff service was the highest during our stay in Taiwan. The environment was cordial and the hotel staff members were friendly, helpful and took initiative to collect train tickets for us when we requested them to book the tickets. Even though the hotel was just 15 minutes drive from the train station,it is not very accessible. However, this was compensated by the free shuttle service provided by the staff. The manager fetch us from the train station when we arrived to Hualien and the assistant manager sent us to the train station when we check out. This was definitely one of the best experience we had in Taiwan so far.

It was a very comfortable 2 days stay at the hotel. The room was big and clean, the bed was soft and comfy. The toilet was luxurious. Breakfast buffet was good with wide varieties. Most commendable is the staffs working at the hotel. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There are also free transport to the night markets and train stations which were personally chauffeur by the manager of the hotel. Will definitely come back again to stay at this hotel.

Would not be going back to this hotel as the room was way too small and the breakfast was the worst in my stay in Taiwan. I've been to Taiwan 8 times and this is my best time staying in this hotel. Would rate this as one of my worst stay in a Taiwanese hotel.

Hotel within walking distance to Jualien town with nearby Starbuck, Mcdonald, shopping mall, local food and night market. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The rooms are a good size, clean and quiet.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Set off early if you are going to Toroko Gorge.
I went at lunchtime which was too late really to take advatage of the get on get off bus. Food at the end of the route is nice and inexpencive

Newly renovated with large room and close to town
It's a properly designed hotel (not converted from a shophouse) with everything looking new and clean. Large bedroom room/bathroom and new fittings in shower room.

we booked one night stay at first but on looking at the hotel features, we decided to extend our stay further. it is to be noted that the reception was operated by young well-dress people, are extremely polite and always smiling and helpful. they even provided a welcome gift to hotel guests on arrival. the hotel staff offered car transport to send us to the night-market and to the main train station which is about 20 mins walking distance away when we checked out. the hotel is situated close to the town centre where there are much night shopping and many eating places at pretty low prices. the hotel is also able to arrange tours by bus or taxi-cab to taroko gorge. all in all and considering the price, it was a great place to stay both for leisure and business. will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay at this hotel if we visit hualien again
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hualien is an ideal staging location for full day visit to the Taroko Gorge as it is only about an hour drive away. One can go there by taxi-cab for full day tour at , or by tour bus at per pax or by shuttle bus at TWD$250 per pax from the train station tourist office
