Good, comfortable hotel - particularly quirky Hello Kitty decor!
Greater room service choice would be beneficial
Had a great stay here - lots of shops and restaurants close by. Hotel was comfortable and fairly centrally located. Staff were very helpful and attentive and the standard of the hotel was fine. I would recommend to all types of travellers and would certainly book this hotel when I return. Thanks for a great stay!

After an initial mistake in giving us a twin bed room - quickly and apologetically rectified - we were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was huge and varied. The room was spacious and comfortable. Of particular interest to my fiancee was the Hello Kitty displays and even the Hello Kitty car. You can book a specially themed Hello Kitty room if you really really want!! For the money, it was excellent value.
