very old hotel but great location
the hotel is very old, room is big

this hotel is in a very convenient location, just opposite to the train station, breakfast is simple but ok and the room is quite big. but it's very very old, especially the bathroom, I was reluctant to take shower. compare to the rate they charged, still reasonable.

the location of the hotel is good, distance to mrt and express bus are just stone throw. however the condition of the hotel was bad and we were trying to cancel the stay for the subsequence days but was not able to cancelled it as the charges had been charged! we found a much nicer hotel just next 2 doors (newly renovated, at least 3 stars) offering 3 person room @ per night!

Cheap no frills hotel with a good location. Hotel is old and crappy, hence good for just an overnight stay if you're traveling to Kenting. Else, its a bad choice. Only stay here if u need to be near the railway station and its just for 1 night, else I'll avoid it all costs.

The place is nice and also spacious for a family of 4 . although i am just asking for a triple room..
But it is a bit old, but overall , i am ok and my family is also ok with it too.

Hotel does not look very appealing, quite old with the smell of ageing room. Room was relatively large, washroom was quite small. Not many guest during my stay so it felt a little spooky. However service of staff was excellent.
Location was very near to subway and bus terminal.

Good location but old room

location of the hotel is convenient i.e. opposite the mrt station and main bus terminal. liu he night market is within walking distance, about 15 mins away by foot.
however, the hotel facilities is old and outdated. the bathroom tiles and ceiling is moldy and dirty. the room is not clean and the bed has bugs which left me with many bitten marks. will not recommend this hotel to my friends.
