It is a good hotel and convenient to travellers. The size of twin bed is too big and hecne the available space is smaller. The quality and quantity of breakfast provisions are OK.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you do not have sufficient time for the stay, one-day tour is recommended.

Breakfast isn't fantastic. It's really basic - porridge, some toast n fruits. I think they layered the bed and quilt with plastic because there's rustling sound whenever you use it. Our aircon wasn't working too well, it emits a loud squeaky sound at night. We gave feedback and the staff helped resolved it. Tip: try not to lower the temp too low. That's when it starts giving problem. Temp starts fluctuating.
On the whole, if u love nightlife and the beach, this hotel has a great location for it. It's just by the Main Street of kenting.
Travel tip:
Kenting is not easy to navigate. You really need a driver to bring you around. The hotel recommended this guy for 3000NT.
I think it really isn't necessary to stay in kenting if u r not into beach sports. Hengchun town is a better choice because you can move around the old town area on your own.
There's also public buses that runs the kenting street n old town which u can hop on and take, so u dun have to hire a driver for all your stay.

Centrally located and a nice hotel, however there were ants in our room, even after we switched rooms. Also, the breakfast is more or less catered towards Chinese, which is fine, however finding ants on the bread was unacceptable.

Expectations for hotels in tourist hot spots like Kenting are different then for hotels in other locations, which shows in the price of hotels in the area (minimum 50% higher than similar hotels in other parts of Taiwan) and the level of quality.
This hotel is no exception: rate high for this level of hotel and service nothing special.
Only positive thing about this hotel is its location: right in the middle of town, along the main street with all the restaurants, bars and night market activity.
The free car parking is a 500 meter walk away from the hotel, at our first night that parking was full (so no reserved parking for hotel guests) and we had to find an other place to park, even further away.
Cleanliness was not very well: on our first day the bathroom was not cleaned at all, only new towels and toiletries were provided. Floor, sink , toilet and shower were not cleaned at all. After complaining, the bathroom was properly cleaned for the remaining days.
Breakfast is nothing special, both the Chinese as Western style (we had both), and everyday the exact same offerings, not variation at all.
Breakfast area looked clean but some clearly visible dirty spots on the wall were not cleaned and probably had been there for a while already.
Wireless internet only available in the lobby (for free), rooms have wired internet, but that did not work on the last day of our stay (the whole hotel did not have wired internet that day).
English language skills of the staff was very limited. Remarkable for a hotel that has plenty of non-Chinese speaking guests. Restaurants, bars and other locales in the same area did not have trouble finding English speaking staff, so I do not understand why this hotel does not hire English speaking staff.

Located in the heart of Kenting. Right outside the hotel is the night market and express bus stop.

The hotel was nice. Rooms were clean and house keeping came everyday to replace towels. Breakfast was also included and staff (although limited in English) was helpful.

The hotel is located on the main Kenting street which is very easy to find.
The staff are relatively friendly and service is good.
The deluxe room I stayed is large with a huge bed that can easily fit 4 adults.
Clean and nicely decorated.
Lots of restaurants and cafes at both side of the street.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a scooter from the rental shops near by and explore the southern tips.

I use this hotel for my clients and they liked it a great deal. Huge beds, descent breakfast and the location is the best for the street.
Bad the wifi does not work on the room floors.
