It's a family owned hotel. The boss was very friendly and helpful, giving directions and advice on sightseeing spots. He even upgraded our parents room to a bigger room so that we could be next to each other. There is a small balcony for the lake view rooms, which you could see the sunrise on a clear day. 10mins walk to the coach drop off /pick up area. overall a pleasant stay.

Accessible location but poorly maintained hotel
Near to bus station, plenty restaurants nearby, nice lake view

Poorly maintained hotel. No shower screen, leaking shower head, toilet looked "unclean". Same goes for the carpet and "stained" bedsheets. Can only receive wifi signal at the lobby. Badly disturbed sleep due to mosquitoes everywhere.

The hotel is located near the bus station and eateries. Love the view from our bedroom though in return you get the noise from the boat cruises. Room was generally comfortable esp the bed. Breakfast can be improved though as the variety and quality is rather poor.
