A usual modern Holiday Inn Hotel setup for Business travellers and small family.
Conveniently attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by food stalls and restaurants.
Hotel Cafeteria located inside the shopping area.
It is a clean and modernised hotel located slightly outskirt of the Sogo Shopping district but attached to a stand alone shopping mall. The Taichung Park is right opposite and best to have your routine morning walk and exercises, if needed. The rooms are well managed and good standard size for a small family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Conveniently located next to Tour operators and Coaches, for the visit to Sun Moon Lake and other places of interest.

Nice New and Clean hotel. Staff helpful too. Breakfast very decent considering budget hotel. Considered close to Railway Station (though still need a taxi).
Not so easy to locate as taxis feign ignorance
The hotel is new, modern and very comfortable. Not expecting lavish furnishings, the rooms are well designed, with nice full window view (pay a little more for the park view which I find worth it!).. Hotel uses key cards which is good security. Though there is no bath tub, but the shower is spacious with liquid soap by Lux made available with wall mounted dispensers. It's considered budget hotel, but it's one of the most decent budget hotels I've stayed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pay a little more for the Park View, but it's worthwhile as you can see the public garden, tennis courts, etc.. Do visit the garden!

Good location, very convenient, close to Taichung Park and walk to night market
Room size is small. It's confortable for two people staying. We booked trible and we got 1 extra bed and one double bed which is too small for two persons.
Hotel Room is very new and clean. I was satisfied with the modern decoration of the hotel. There is also internet wi-fi offering for free in every room and also provide computers in the lobby for hotel guests. Hotel staffs can speak Engish fluently and helpful. Brand Name Outlets locates on the first floor of the hotel building. Buffet Breakfast is very nice. We will surly come back to stay in this hotel in the near future.
Shopping Tip : You can walk to the night market where is of local food and clothes. Grocery stores are at both side of the hotel.
