Our room was so high that we could see both Central Mountain Range and Tadu Tableland.
I could not leave the view and just sat on the windowsill.
The next morning, the waitress was happy to guide us to the best seats she loved in the restaurant.
Since check-in, till check-out, I did not need to stand, nor wait for the procedure even so many guests crowded at the same time.
The excellent stuff make everything efficiently, smoothly, and pleasantly

We have upgraded the room to executive suite, the room is spacious and clean with very nice city view. The only problem is the air conditioning system didn't work very well and it was a bit stuffy at night.

Excellent experience with this hotel. The hotel is well positioned and very distinguishable as the tallest building. Modern, clean, stylish and very spacious rooms. We were treated with very polite and attentive staff and was very grateful having chosen this hotel amongst all the 5 star hotels in taichung.
We were informed by staff as we were taken into the room that there were problems with the air-con. Technicians came very shortly afterwards to attend to the problem and was ensured by hotel staff that we can go out while they try to get the problem fixed. Despite the problem with the air-con cannot be resolved, hotel staff apologised and moved us to an upgraded room. We were escorted immediately to this new room after return to the hotel. Would definitely choose this hotel again and also try other hotels in the same hotel chain in the future!! Highly recommended!!!
