Clean, comfortable, excellent taste and attention paid to details
Up-scale but quiet decoration. Room was spacious, bright and well laid-out. Comfortable bed and sofa-chair. Ottoman was a thoughtful and welcome extra. Bathroom was clean, well designed and well laid-out. Goof toilet with quiet flush. Hot-water supply was good. Excellent attention paid to all details. Morning paper was an extra, but "Free Times" was not my preferred newspaper. Perhaps front desk could enquire customer's newspaper preference during check-in. Breakfast dinning room was nice, bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast itself was excellent.

Spacious room, big luxurious bed, great TV and stereo setup, a lot of choice at the buffet breakfast, staff was friendly and fluent in English, hotel is on a main street and close to restaurants and shops
The Jacuzzi wasn't very big - just regular bathtub size. My room didn't have a good view - mostly just the apartment building next door, which was a bit too close.
Restaurant Tip : There's a Gordon Biersch restaurant very nearby; good food and nice beer selection.
If breakfast doesn't impress you or you want something more traditionally western, there's a great American-Owned diner on ChungMing South Rd. ("Chung Ming Nan Lu") called EARLY BIRD
