It's a very nice hotel with a great washroom!
The washroom is with a single bathtub and it's very spacious. The staff deliveed what we asked for in a speedy manner. Checkout took only two mins.

It is a nice hotel. We stayed at a room for four and it was very spacious with two bed and two single couches. The washroom is big with a nice single bathtub and a big shower room. Instead of little bottles of soaps and conditioners, there are big dispensers on the wall of the shower room. We had a baby and they forgot to give us a baby bathtub. When we asked for it on the phone, they brought it within a few min. Checkout and check in were very fast as well. overall it is a nice hotel .

Hotel has a good location for night market. Very good view of the Sun Moon Lake. I stay in the family room for 4 persons. Room size is comfortable and clean toilet. Breakfast can be better.

My wife and our 2 years-old kid stay 2 nights in the hotel. The staff was always helpful and nice. They also offer us an upgrade to a bigger room at high floor. The room is very clean with baby bathtub and playpen was provided for free. The breakfast buffet (in the main building at the opposite of the road) have varieties of food. They also have a separate building (next to the main building) which having different facilities for gym, swimming and a room for children to play.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is a bit off the city center and there is no MTR-like transport in Taichung. So you may need to travel with taxi to most of the attractions, esp travel with young kids.

Tempus Hotel has two block and I live in the newly open one, it's nice but if you want to do Spa or go swimming, you should go to the older block or else you will have to walk back and forth across the street to enjoy the facilities
