The hotel was not that close to the train station or the sights, but Tainan is a small city so that wasn’t really a big problem. The room was fantastic. It was spacious, clean and with a view of the city.
The receptionists were friendly but not really helpful. They were often clueless when I asked questions. The breakfast was horrible. We stayed there for two days and we didn’t dare to the eat the breakfast on the second day.
Overall the hotel was not bad.

Location is alright, can easily find food around the area. Hotel is little old but not bad for this rate. Poor thing is, can't access wifi in the room, if you want to go on internet, you need to go to the lobby to access free wifi.......

It is a good price and the hotel is very clean. Though it has a good location but mornings can be a bit noisy since it is located in busy streets. But overall was a pleasant stay.

I have spent 3 nights in Lincoln Hotel. Overall it is very good for its price. In my opinion, it is the best hotel among other 3 hotels that I stayed during my trip in Taiwan. They did provide many services as promoted, such as nice breakfast (mixed western and eastern style), tv, gym, free bicycle rental, rental car booking. I stayed in twin sharing room, and it is quite comfortable, the bathroom is clean, room service will tidy up the room everyday. Information regarding the surrounding are provided. They even give me the map for the surrounding attractions. I also get to borrow their umbrella because it rains heavily on one of the day. I'm quite pleased with their service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You should get a bicycle or hop on to bus 88 or 99 for sightseeing, because it is crazy for you to travel by foot. The places are very far from one another.

Like the subject, the room and facility are a bit old but people working there are nice and friendly. Overall it is a budget choice at a fair price. What I like to suggest is that the showerhead needs to be replaced…a little bit dirty..
