The first impression when I step in the room was the deco that give me a very relax & cosy feeling and next is the toilet too comfortable.
I think is the breakfast. Not enough of variety, maybe look into this area.
Not much to comment, just those point that mention above.
Restaurant Tip : short walking distant you can find local delight.

10 mins walk to train station. rooms are plesantly decorated. with jucuzzi in each bathroom. all rooms come with free internet access
basic hotel without gym and basic taiwan breakfast. wall and doors are not very sound proof guest talking and going in and out of the rooms can be heard very clearly and many times you thought there is someone in your bethroom due to your neighbours using their bethroom

Good breakfast program, wonderful room quality, excellent service
Location was not ideal (far from most tourist sites; 10 minute walk from nearest train stop), but hotel will arrange for private car to take you to train stations.
Very happy with Beauty Hotels Hsuanmei. Great value.
Hotel Feature Tip : Executive suites are large with full featured bathroom, but avoid the basic interior rooms (w/ hall facing windows).
