Clean and Friendly staff.

The overall service was good. I stayed old one(original hotel.)However, I recommend that you should stay the new one(there are several franchise.) The actual bad room size was different from the picture. Even the rest room size was biiger.

This is my first stay in Taipei and the hotel is close to all actions. It takes only 10 min to walk to the train station and costs about US10 to TaiPei 101. We had a lovely stay there, the staff are friendly and would provide some useful info to help us during our stay there. The room is clean and the overall service is good. We had a bathtub with a small TV in the bathroom, but it was a bit too small for 2 people. The breakfast is just ok but you can always get a lot of food anywhere in taiwan. There are a few of convenient stores just around the corner.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was hip and modern, and even has a TV screen inside. I was amazed with their generousity in providing so many amenity goods (incl.pantyliners for ladies)!
I also liked the seaweed biscuits! There are some desktop pcs and free internet service in the business room.
My cab driver confused the location with the nearby Beauty hotel, so if possible, bring the address written in Chinese letters to avoid confusion.
Restaurant Tip:
There are several good noodle restaurant around there. Would recommend Taiwanese beef noodle.

Beauty Hotels -Hsuanmei Boutique, at least the Executive room was a nice cozy room with a big bathroom both with jacuzzi and shower and the jacuzzi was just right for two.

If looking for a nice time for two in a romantic setting and for a good price, including breakfast, then this hotel is a good choice. Being that it was next to a highway, the room was very quiet. The jacuzzi worked very well and the room was cozy yet you had room to walk around. I would certainly pick this hotel again with Agoda and its special prices. I highly recommend this hotel for that special private event!

Overall, a good hotel for the cost.
Amenities in the room are in order -- clean, comfortable bed linen.
Spacious toilet.
Fast internet connection in the room.
Though it takes a while to get to the MRT - but its not too far to walk to Breeze shopping centre, Sogo.
The hotel staff are pleasant and communicate in English.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a street called Linjiang street just 5 min walk away which has a whole street of food at night. mini form of a night market.

It was my first time staying at Hsuanmei Hotel. It was a very good experience staying there with the facilities and services given by the professional attitude front office staff. Price was reasonable and very quiet in the room with good sleeping atmosphere.
The location is good but still a bit far to walk to the MRT.
I will give 9 out of 10. Recommended.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly and courteous staff. As we were traveling with young children, the suite proved to be perfect in terms of the availability of space and comfort for our family of 3. The bathroom was huge by our standards and the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch to add to our holiday mood.

This is a nice boutique hotel. The lobby is very small but the receptionists are polite. The room is big, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is quite big with a big bathtub. It is situated in the city area so it is very convenient to travel around the city by taxi.

The room is comfortable and it's big~~The cleansing team tidy up the room well. The bathroom is excellent too...

overall score is 8.5/10. Actually, it's a good hotel because the comfortable environment and i can get a good sleep there.
All the staff are helpful and polite, including the house keeper.
i want to advice that if the receptionist can provide more information on Thaiwan tour is better. I would like to ask how to go "doraemon" world but the staff cannot showed she know how to arrive there and just advise me by taxi!!
