Underwhelmed...
location, location, location

literally underwhelmed after coming over from our previous hotel in 礁溪, recalled i selected 4/5 star hotels, but this had a 3 star feel... at least staff at reception and breakfast were courteous, but the same couldn't be said of the housekeeping who was complaining about providing us extra towels for our toddlers... as if we didn't pay for the extra beds!
was wondering about cleanliness on 1st evening & a roach appeared! saving grace is it's proximity to 士林夜市...

The hotel location is very good, it is close to the shilin night market. The size of the room is also big. The hotel staffs are friendly. But it doesn't worth for money, because it is the old style hotel, not very clean.

Convenient location
Location was about 5 to ten mins walk from jiantan MRT station and also the Shilin night market. Was a comfortable hotel which served its function. Staff quite helpful.
