Not worth for money

The hotel location is very good, it is close to the shilin night market. The size of the room is also big. The hotel staffs are friendly. But it doesn't worth for money, because it is the old style hotel, not very clean.

Convenient location
Location was about 5 to ten mins walk from jiantan MRT station and also the Shilin night market. Was a comfortable hotel which served its function. Staff quite helpful.

small and quiet stay yet near to the largest night

It's just walking distance from Shihlin night market and the MRT station.
Food and convenience shops are just a small street across hotel.
For all these convenience, it's a very peaceful and quiet place to stay. There's even a park next to it!!
Restaurant Tip:
Not that only breakfast is available in the hotel.
Rating is given based on consideration of price.

OK location, smaller rooms, nice staff

Nice little hotel, with a European style (smaller rooms, lots of character)with a friendly staff. The MRT is a 5 minute walk, same for night market. The breakfast has a good selection. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is a little dated. Nice to have fresh fruit and water in the room upon checking in. Check in and check out were quick. There's local food all around, and western fast food as well.

This hotel is just walking distance away from the MRT station. Although the room size is rather small, but it has all the basic necessities. Breakfast is superb. The hotel staff members are very friendly and helpful. For transit purposes, taxi services is also very convenience. However, one should take note not to stand too close the window while in the bathroom because part of the window is not fully covered.

Good Hotel with Fabulous Location
Short walk to interchange of busses and metro, easy walk to Shilin Night market. Great staff.

i would come back to this hotel without reservation. the staff is very helpful and eager to serve. the location is ideal for seeing taipei via public transport. breakfast is available every morning, with good variety.

Perfect for my needs - single, female traveller

i felt very safe walking to and from this hotel. i had no problems getting around - 5 min walk to bus and metro hub and taxis are always on call. breakfast is ok, but limited western options some days. staff is helpful and have many pamphlets and maps in english. tv has western channels and rooms are comfortable and clean.
