nice breakfast

we were greeted with the great ambience of the hotel once we step in to check-in. as we explore the hotel grounds, we find it really beautiful and relaxing with all the greeneries around and colonial architecture. our room was also spacious and nice. customer service is great as room service was sent to us almost immediately and check-out was a breeze.

hotel at a great location newith many conveniences
four-stars hotel with great services, just opposite taipei main subway and high spped train station.

this hotel is located near the centre of taipei city. there are many conveniences very closeby. the subway station can be access via the hotel basement and wonderful restaurants can be found in the basement and lower floors of the hotel. shopping centres are just next to the hotel and the surroundings are very vibrant.

No doubt the location is good. It is directly at Taipei Main station. However Taipei city with the conveniently MRT system, you could master it easily. On the surface the lobby and lift looks promising, however the rooms are old & rundown. No effort to revamp and improve on the rooms.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
However Taipei city with the conveniently MRT system, you could master it easily, making it travelling around so much easier than force to choose this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. Orginally we reserved the basic superior double with 1 king size bed. The room's size was ok, but bathroom was very small and kind of old. The toilet flushed by itself every 30 minutes. After we reported to the staff everyday for 4 days, they couldn't fix it and finally decided to give us an upgrade to a suite. The sutie was huge and very nice, almost triple our original room. Overall, we had a very nice stay there. NO complaint about the location and service. But if it would be great if they could do some remodeling on the bathroom.

Place is just directly opposite the Taipei Railway Station and the Sub way is at the basement of the Hotel. Very convenient to travel around in Taipei with the subway. Good for business travellers!
