Great location with friendly staff
easy access to taipei mrt, train station.

it is located just above the taipei mrt, train station. you can just take the lift that is near to the lobby to b1 (basement 1) and go straight to the mrt station using the underground path. along the underground path, there are quite a lot of shops; including eateries. my stay there was raining season, but with the underground path, my family and i could easily find good food and shop there.
hotel room is clean and organized. standard facilities like lcd tv and refrigerator are available. my only complaint is that there is no wifi in hotel room. you have to go to the business center at level 9 to access the internet. however, if you bring your notebook there, you can still use the lan cable (provided) in your room to access internet.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have kids, bring them to Baby Boss. They will love it.

great location and spacious room
Very central just beside Taipei main station. good surrounding amenities and a lot of eating places and Starbucks within walking distance. Rooms spacious

enjoyed the stay.room very spacious and we managed to upgrade to a double queen size bedroom very easily after check in when we found that the double twin could not accommodate our family of 4. staff very friendly but booking of taxi for day trip from concierge was very expensive so we booked it on our own and got it almost 30% cheaper

Great Location and Big Rooms
Very convenient , just above the taipei station at M6 exit. Staff are polite and helpful.

I and my wife stayed here for 7 nights out of our 10 days stay. Very convenient location , just above the taipei main station. There are also shopping centres and shops around it, with a street selling all kind of books and the 228 park around the corner.

Reasonable hotel with great location but fair room

i have stayed in this hotel previously. the main reason i decided to stay here again is because the hotel is next to the taipei main station and is very convenient for travelling. the room was not big and not necessarily new but was acceptable. also the price was about right for a semi-decent hotel in this city.

good location. easy access
goo location to travel to other place. my room have a queen size bed. good for small family

their service are good. the staff notice that my baggage is slightly torn, they tell you that if need boxes, they can help us to find.
but during check out day, it a bit rigid in the late check out timing. i was late of around 10 mins, a staff called to ask whether we are checking out today. and inform us the check out timing is at 12pm.
Shopping Tip:
Bring your own shopping bag. Taiwan is encouraging on recycling, most of the shop may not give plastic bag. For 7-11, you need to pay for it.

great location but no room wifi

hotel is directly connected to the mrt with lift. there are a lot of places for you to shop & eat. staff are friendly with our requests but not all of them understand english, best to speak mandarin with them.
do not buy ice cream as the fridge is eco-friendly (it will only keep food/drinks at slightly below the room temperature). you can request for ices if you want chilled drinks.
also, i can't connect to internet via my smartphone as there is no wifi in the room. however, you can bring your laptop as there is a lan cable in the room.
Restaurant Tip:
do not go to the mos burger at the basement near the hotel. the burgers are dry & the soups are very watery.

Service staff are generally friendly and helpful. Most of our requests were granted without much hassle. However, rooms are a bit small though.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel's chinese restaurant offers 15% discount for hotel guests. Dim Sum dishes are not too bad.

Good hotel in excellent location

This is the old Taipei Hilton, now cheaper and under different management. Its best feature is its closeness to Taipei Main Station (that is, it's very close to all transport, as well as lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions). It used to be quite a fancy hotel and its rooms are large, but it's not as up to date as it once was. It is comfortable and extremely convenient.
