Great Location
The location of this hotel is superb! Very convenient for transportation and for food outlets. And even shopping !

The hotel itself is a bit run down and old and the room facilities are a bit dated.
However the location of the hotel made up for what it was lacking. If you are the type of traveller that do not spend much time in your hotel room and uses it only for sleeping this is the ideal accommodation for you for the price you pay!
The hotel is conveniently linked to a food mall at the basement with many restaurants and the mall also leads to the Taipei main station where you gain access to the MRT and the inter city trains and also the city main bus station.
The rooms tend to face other rooms therefore blocking out some light and there is not much of a view.
The gym is small and not very comprehensively equipped.

room is clean,internet access is fast and reliable. having a food court in the basement is convenience. i would stay here again.

if you are looking for extra space in the room. get the delux room and go with the breakfast option. you get your money worth

we were lucky that they upgrade us to deluxe suite.
the room is very big with living room. very comfortable.
the hotel is very convenient, just next to mtr, trains etc.
basement is a food court with many choices. good to stay for shopping in taipei.
next to the hotel there are departmental store, i like the underground shopping street at the main station.

its a good experience with cesar park hotel. its convinient as its near the taipei che zhan and its near some shopping center and 7-11. the service in the hotel is good but actually the quad room is quite small.

the hotel room is not fantastic and deco is a bit old and sound proof very poor. i practically can hear what the next room is talking about. however, the location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. it is still a good and economical place to stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Was immediately obliged by the front office staff with an early check in . The concierge and the front office staff were always there to help me with any information. I was also obliged for a late check out. Overall it was a great experience.

Paid to upgrade to premier room. The location is excellent. The service is good but the room is too old (especially the toilet) and I cannot say it is clean.
