Hotel with Excellent Location and Fabulous Service

Hotel was located directly opposite of the Taipei Station where the high speed trains / trains and MRT station are located. You can go anywhere in Taipei and even to different parts of Taiwan via HST (right up to Kaoshiung). The hotel has a direct basement tunnel connection to the train station. Fanastic!!!
The service provided by the staff are excellent. They will help you carry your luggage once up at their door front and will send it to the room promptly after check in. This is the 2nd time i am staying there. Wonderful service.
However, the rooms are a bit outdated - even the executive suite that we stayed are a bit 'old'. However, there are some other rooms that have been retrofitted with new & nicer design (given a new room during my 1st time stay - caesar suite).
House keeping was excellent - have kept the room in nice condition, even it looks old.
All in all - fanastic!!!

We stay at this hotel since it was Hilton generation.
The most convincing is in good location.
Shuttle bus between airport and hotel. Metro and train to everywhere.
Room is still big and comfortable + free internet.
My first choice in Taipei.

Great location but need renovation

the hotel rooms really need renovation. the drainage of the bath tub in one of the rooms is not good and takes time to drain. rooms are spacious. the location of the hotel is what i like the best.

Old hotel in a great location
Great location in front of Taipei station

I booked this hotel for the first time for a short holiday. The location is great by being in front of Taipei station. However this hotel only has Wi-Fi in the business lounge. The rooms only have wired internet. Everytime I wanted to use my iPhone to check/send messages, I had to go to the 9th floor business lounge. The hotel windows were very dirty and the curtains looked like they were about 30 years old. I booked a suite and it was very large and the bathroom was one of the largest I've seen. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly.
I took the subway from the central airport and only had to change trains once to get to Taipei Station. Location is the best thing about the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The metro in Taipei is very clean, cheap and fast.
The hotel is directly in front of Taipei station so using the metro to get around the city is the best way to go.

Great location but small rooms

Clean and tidy . Good housekeeping service . I'm not satisfy with the front desk staff as I check-in early in the morining (9:00am) and asking for double bed if possible. When I back to hotel on 10:00 pm ,only one bed provided

Located very near Taipei train station. It's very convenient to travel around. Comfortable room. Have booked the room pretty last minute, am glad to get a good location hotel like this. Reasonably priced too.
There is a wide range of shops at Taipei station, underground streets. There are cafes, bookshops, CD shops, shops selling luggage, clothes, shoes, accessories and etc. Price of products are generally quite reasonable.
From Taipei station, you may take their normal train which runs within Taipei City or Railway which runs whole of Taiwan. If you are willing to spend a but more, you can try the high speed train. Nearby, there is a also a coach station which provides another alternative for travellers. If you decided to travel out of Taipei, coach is the cheapest mode of transport. However, may takes longer time to get to your destinations by coach.
Generally, it's a great choice to stay in this area!

Great location!
Great location if travel via public transport, merely five minutes walk. Heard from locals that Caesar is well known for its buffet breakfast & high tea; will definitely give it a try for next visit.

Staffs were attentive & helpful; check-in/out procedure was fuss-free & relative quick. Housekeeping attend to room's electric socket issue promptly.
Booked triplex, room was average, bit run-down; especially the bathroom, shower area & bath-tub need huge revamp. We were upgraded to four super-single bed room for returning stays, spacious & comfy, window facing office building but still happy with it.
Package without breakfast as Caesar near to tuition street 南陽街 with lots of local delicacies, not a big issue.

Hotel is located opposite from Taipei railway station. Perfect location as you can take MRT & train which covered most sightseeing area in Taipei. However, the hotel itself is too "old". Is a 3 stars hotel with "old" toilet..the bath tube seems to be there over 20 years....
Restaurant Tip:
food court in breeze railway stationery 2/f. Variety of food, good taste and reasonable price

The hotel is located just next to the Taipei railway station. The location is very good. Although the outlook of the hotel is a bit old, the facilities and decoration are not that old. The room is very big as there is a free upgrade to business room.

The hotel is excellence!

I was travelling with a group of 15 family members and staying in 5 Executive Suite rooms. Although the decoration in the room is not new but still in a good condition. The room size is very spacious. The kids could run around in the room with adquate space with any block. The adult could stay in the sofa for chating and enjoy a relaxing moment. The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping, dinning and travelling around the sightseeing spots. It is definitely a best hotel I will visit again in my future trips to Taipei.
Travel tip:
The size of deluxe room and suite is quite a bit different.
