Good service by the staff

The staff were very helpful with their service and provides very valuable information that helped us to cut down on the traveling time and transport cost. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Room is also large enough for kids to run around.
Shopping Tip:
Walk around the hotel and you can find many eateries and a shopping center.

Fantastic location & better than some of reviews
Location Location Location

Was apprehensive about staying at Caesar Park due to some unflattering reviews. But was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. Reception was honest to say that Hotel had gone through only a partial renovation and true enough, room was ok but can see the age on the bathroom door and floor.
Overall condition was clean and we got a Quad room by the side facing another building across the road so we were not affected by the noise or poor insulation as reported by some reviewers.
Just the location itself made this a fantastic stay to explore Taiepi on your own. It is literally on top of the MRT (Exit M6) and connected to a huge underground mall, all part of the Taiwan Main Station where the MRT, Bus, Normal Train and Bullet Train all congregate.
Will consider staying here again when I next visit Taiwan.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The MRT is below the hotel. Buy an Easycard for TW$500 with a refundable NT$80 deposit and travel away ....

when to taipei with my family of 5. 3 children and 2 adult. the hotel location was good, very near to the main station and easy to locate, just beside the main road. easy access to many kind of good food, thus lunch and dinner is not a problem. the room that i book was spacious enough for my entire family. glad to have found this hotel during this trip!
Shopping Tip:
Shopping is not a problem here in Taipei. Public transportation is very convenient.

Great location with good service
Accessibility to the various modes of transport in train, mrt, HSR and bus shuttle to airport.
8.3
Second stay here in a year apart. Normal room with two queen beds. Very accessible to ximending and other great sites, due to being at the interchange of most transportation modes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great location for arranging your own transport in taiwan, with all modes available for your convenience. One stop from ximending, with great shopping and food.

Centrally located next to Taipei train station

Central location next to Taipei train and bus stations. Airport bus station just 5 minutes walk from hotel with buses leaving every 10 mins.
Huge Underground mall below hotel and train station wth many shops and eateries.
Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was quick and hotel staff even asked if we wanted leave our luggage before going to the airport. Free wifi in the room was very useful.
Restaurant Tip:
Try to include breakfast option when booking or you have to pay NT 500 less 5% per person for the hotel breakfast.

Bathroom is very spacious, comes with free WiFi and the bed is big. Good location and you can take the lift straight to the mall below the hotel which links to the taipei main station.
It can be confusing to navigate from the taipei mrt station to the hotel at first. Just follow the M6 exit signs.

A grand hotel but with 'cool' services
5.3
The hotel room is not well equipped, as compared to others. For eg. no weighing scale, insufficient toiletories etc. It is provided only upon request.

It's never easy for 3 generations of family members to travel together, especially when one of them is 2 years old. Obviously, accessibility was the top priority. Caesar Park delivered on that note, with convenient connections from the airport via bus, to other parts of Taipei city via MRT, and other states in Taiwan via the railway system. It even has its own underground linkway, which came in helpful on rainy days.
Food options are also widely available, ranging from comfortable restaurant dining over at the Taipei Train Station, to ubiquitous street food just steps away from the side entrance of the hotel.
Service is satisfactory but generally unremarkable. The reception staff were conversant in English and apologetic for not being to accede to our request for an early check-in. In-room amenities were adequate, but again, nothing to wow about. 2 quad rooms were booked for my family of 5. The hotel was very mindful to provide just enough towels for 5 and not the maximum occupancy of the rooms, which is 8. They also did not inform us beforehand nor inquire which room would be occupied by 3 and which by 2. I had to get the extra towels from the other room for my son. The public areas of the hotel seemed to have undergone recent refurbishment, however the interior of the rooms remain rather dated, especially the green-coloured bath tub which looks odd in an otherwise black-and-white theme of the bathroom.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would come back if just for the great location.
Shopping Tip:
Tourists looking to do their last-minute shopping for friends and family back home can pop by the Taipei train station located just opposite the hotel. Breeze Center offers all the signature Taiwanese food products, such as pineapple cookies and tea leaves, that are great for gifts.

Great location and good service
Hotel is very near to Taipei Main Station
9.3
Receptionists were very friendly and were willing to answer to your queries. They were very helpful in providing free umbrellas for all guests as it was raining when we got to Taipei. The hotel was rather easy to find as it is located beside the Taipei Main Station. However, the underground mall and maps maybe a little confusing as to how to get to the hotel itself. Overall, the service is rather good for people who are traveling to Taipei.
