good location, very near to MRT, easy to go ... love the room, very comfortable & clean! the main is very near to Mrt*taipei main station*(by walking distance). The hotel did provide the airport hotel transfer.

timely and helpful service, large room with modern commodities. Central location with metro station beside the hotel lack of variety of food at the continental restaurant the hotel is located opposite the main railway station of the city and connected to the metro network. Staff of hotel was very professional and helpful. The room was large and nicely set, bed very comfortable. It would be almost perfect if the hotel was providing a room service. Will certainly return to this hotel when travelling again to Taipei.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk around the hotel at night and admire the different colors of the neons

Have to climb some flight of stairs (from the mrt) to the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and committed.
It used to be the ex-Hilton hotel. The bedroom was wonderful. We love the gigantic bathroom (& bathtub) and the view from our room.
In addition, the hotel is very close to the main transport systems such as mrt, railway and bus stations.
It is very convenient/easy to get yummy food within walking distance! Hotel is beside Shin Kong shopping center if you want to do indoor shopping!

Very very good hotel, good location, very nice staffs. Very convenient in all transportation mode. Will definitely go back, had a very pleasant stay. So close to everything. Try the restaurant around the area, very good food and cheap. It was raining the whole time we were there and still we had so much fun!
Restaurant Tip : Try the street food. Excellent!

Location, location, location. Room was spacious and most of the staff was helpful. The front desk staff seem very cold and not helpful when asked for recommendations of restaurants, directions, etc. Location of the hotel is excellent with MRT station beneath the hotel. Bell staff is extremely helpful. We were a family of 3 staying in 1 room and we were comfortable with a bouncy 8 yr old!
Nightlife Tip : The area around the hotel is not full of nightlife and Taipei is a city that stays up late. Around the hotel, restaurants seem to close betw 10-11p. If you're looking for a late snack, you would have to venture out via taxi since the MRT shuts down at midnight.

toilets are so dirty & olde style in Exe Suite This hotel have good Quality staff and provide good service. But lack of good environment, lobby is so small. I was stay in a Executive floor's suite, the toilet is so dirty, corner of the toilet have black stain. Toilets marbles are extremely old styled, some have leak. Seems not yet renovated.

very convenience. the staff is very helpful. the outlook of the hotel is quite old I highly recommend this hotel to the traveller. It is very convenience. Many stores are nearby. The inner design is very modern. The hotel staff is very helpful. It only take 45 minutes to this airport. The bus station to the airport is only at the opposite side of the hotel. So I can go to shopping at the last minutes. The room service of the hotel is also very good.
Shopping Tip : You can spend one day at nearby. You can go to shopping or go to the park

Staff are very nice and willing to help. Internet access is complimentary. Hotel is old but lobby was renovated. Rooms need refurishment as there is a misty smell in the room and corridor. Certain rooms do not have view. Airport bus stops near the Hotel (about 10 mins away) and need to carry own luggage. Underground passage is like a maze, try traffic junction if you are not too sure. Many shops and restaurants located behind the Hotel. Subway is right infront of the Hotel. Take subway or taxi to most of the tourist attractions. Check with the front desk for any direction and they are very delight to assist.
Restaurant Tip : Many nice local street foods but most of the stalls are selling almost the same food.

Friendly staffs. Nice and clean room. Centrally located in the city. The WiFi was weak on the 18th floor,however the wired connection is good. Very nice hotel. Friendly staffs and nice and clean room. Centrally located in the city. Walking distance to almost anything you could ever want. MRT exit right next to the hotel. The exit can be kind of confusing to find, but the key is not to exit the station until you are sure you are at the proper exit. Just follow the signs on the walls for M6 exit, that will take you right to the hotel. Very happy we stay there. The bus station that can take you to the airport is only a block away.
We were able to go all over the city by MRT and bus. There all sorts of restaurants and shops within 3 blocks of the hotel. I would stay there again.
Overall the srevice and the staffs are the best anywhere I've been. As a US major airline captain, I've been to a few.

1. Near the Taipei MRT station
2. 1 min walk to the airport bus Generally this hotel is located in the heart of Taipei. Next to the Taipei MRT station which it is in the middle of the city and the interchange to all other location. The staff are nice.
Only a minute walk to the airport bus station which it is very fast to go to the airport. Now the TWD value is decreasing so it is a good time to go to Taiwan.
Shopping Tip : Chong Qing South Road is nearby and it is the road with many bookshops.

- Locate atop the metro, very convenience.
- Excellent if you need to catch train trip.
- Big Room. - The bed is quite hard.
- Carpet is thin and hard.
- Bathroom is small: The door will hit you if someone open the door while you are using the WC. I arrived near mid-nite and am told that I am upgrade to a suite. Great. Huge living area with TV and than a huge bedroom with another TV. However, the bathroom is comparatively very small, with very little room to move around, though the shower is good with strong water. Room I got have excellent view toward Taipei Station, but my wife complain that the noise awoke her in the morning though I feel nothing. Great location, very easy transport and variety of shops around the immediate locale. Great staying place if you want to trip around, but not if you want a hotel to stay and relax. I will stay here again if I am taking Taipei as center to visit surrounding suburb.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Lot of good local eating place behind the hotel.

location is excellent,service is good, room windows should clean up as its very dusty, concierge staff should provide more tour information to customer especially for those backpackers travellers the location of the htl is excellent,walking distance to the MRT station,the services provided by the htl staff are excellent except 1 of the counter staff attitude need to be improve. The rooms are okay only the window are a bit dusty. Overall experience is very good, as most of the staff are polite and courteous with us.

Location, comfort, service, cleanliness. Its a old and could remain to be competitive if price was a bit lower. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is at the center of everything and accessible to all kinds of transport. Just around it is great shopping, hawker food and fine dinning. Walk a bit more and you can get to a nice park (228 Peace Park) and if you are ready for a good walk it can take you all the way to the Presidential Building. If indeed you want a full walking spree go further and you are already at the CKS Memorial Hall. If you go the other way from the hotel you can walk all the way to exciting Ximending while passing through an assortment of great shops and food places. Directly across it is the Taipei Main Station which has its own fascinating mall and restaurants. The hotel has direct access to the MRT and the taxi queue outside it is always useful if you prefer speed and comfort. Getting to and from the airport is also easy as the bus terminal is just across.

There's no escalator link from the Taipei Main Station to the hotel. Have to take stair case, which is a little difficult for passengers with big luggage. Caesar Park is located at a very strategic location - centre of the public transportations (train, MRT, HSR, bus station). It is very easy and fast to get around, and there're lots of restaurants in the hotel area link to the Taipei Main Station. It is the best place to stay if you want to travel to the airport early in the morning as the bus station is within 50m walking distance. Sin Kong shopping complex just next to it where you can shop there...
