Hotel location is very good, just opposite Taipei Main Station. Room is big but service is so so for a 4 star hotel. Would only recommend this hotel because of the location.

Nice location with friendly staffs of the hotel. Great environment but the only thing lack is the rest room at the hotel lobby. Will waiting for our pick-up which is almost about 15-20 minutes, nature calling was not able to be answer and luckily our pick-up came on time. We went to our nearest stop thereafter.

It is an average hotel. Rooms are very small and cramped. Mini bar is also not good. there is a good market right next to hotel with lot of shops and restaurants.

It is an average hotel. Rooms are very small and cramped. Mini bar is also not good. Breakfast was not included in the rate i got and had to pay extra amount to get coupon for breakfast. there is a good market right next to hotel with lot of shops and restaurants.

Excellect location, directly opposite TP bustop, Train & Railway stations.
Great staff services.
We left the lugguages with hotel & travel
to other parts of Taiwan before departing
from Taipei. Comfortable room setting with
basic requirement. Very pleasant experience here.
There's a great bakery on the right side of the hotel,
about 5-8shops away. Chocolates, cakes & pastries
are 5* standard.

The location is very good. There are many food stores provided in the surrounding area. The room is very tidy with two twin bed. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is on the subway station. BUt the check in time is 3:00 p.m. and no swimming pool provided.

Good location and just minutes to the metro, lifts could go down to metro exit level indoor.
Many restaurants nearby and long shopping area inside the metro. But, many restaurants opening hour is 11am, not convenient for travellers.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Cleaniess is not enough, there is no shower curtain and make the toilet floor wet easily.
Air conditioner control is no good.
Restaurant Tip:
the buffet breakfast is fair, other restaurants open at 11am, could go out to MacDonald which is nearby.
