good location, service was fine, concierge staff print out the train schedule when I ask for the time, exceed my expection. Guest room and other facilities are not value for money, not 5 star standard. TV signal is very bad.

Friendly staff and location cannot be faulted as Central Station is just across the road

The check in staff made some mistakes when we checked in but was very apologetic and the duty manager was extremely helpful for the rest of our stay. The staff went out of their way to neet our needs. Very good and reliable free Wifi was available in out individual rooms.
Will definitely return to stay.

Normal room is ok but not too spacious.
Location is the plus as the Hotel is just next to the Taipei Main Station. Via basement floor (B1), the Hotel is connected to the MTR, THSR, Buses and underground shopping malls. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However during stay, there are still renovation works on-going which is the minus part of the stay.

the room was big enough for a family wit four, the room was clean n tidy. n the bathroom amenities was good. n the bath clothes were very nice n pretty. overall the hotel room was nice. for the location of dis hotel is very good for travellers who want to travel around taiwan coz juz next to taipei train station. good~

Fantastic Location
Convenient location with subway / bus station / train / HSR within 5 minutes of covered walk way

The hotel provided the airport transfer (with a charge, of course).
The reception team is friendly and efficient.
The room is comfortable and quiet even with the windows facing the main road, hardly hear any traffic noise.
Restaurant Tip:
We arrived late at the hotel on Thursday night and ventured out for our dinner around 9pm on our foot to the under ground shops. Unfortunately the stores are started to close and we were kind of left with minimum choices for food.
