Great Location with lot of amenities around

Newly renovated clean room but becomes smaller than previous room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lot of amenities around on ground shops and shops linked in basement providing many type of food to taste, department store and computer mall for shopping, walking distance to main railway station for MRT, Fast Speed Train, bus and coach.

No hotel breakfast needed if you like to try Taiwan varies breakfast at the shop around the hotel. Staff is helpful and polite.

i got upgraded into deluxe twin,i got 2 big bed and spacious room
the room is clean and tidy,the service really beyond my expectation.
Shopping Tip:
the place is really convinience for the traveller because just next to railway station

staff and friendly and accommodating
cons
first room i was given was dirty but in caesar's defense i checked in an hour early, but once staff was notified they arranged a new room for me promptly
Shopping Tip:
Located next to 2 shopping complexes and the back alley has street vendors that sells Taiwan's famous eats.

Great location and good price
simple but complete room, clean and free wifi. Great location sorrounding with shopping area, restaurants, underground mall and Metro central station

we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. we arrived in the morning and welcomed by the reception staff. after short registration procedure for early check in, they stored our luggages and suggested us to come back at 2 pm for the key. sorrounding the hotel, there are many restaurants and shopping mall for spending the time. when we come back early, they gave us the key and our luggage deliver to the room. the room is fair size and has complete amenities. the internet connection is so easy and no password required and the speed is incredible. it is a good hotel for exploring taipei as all public transportation terminals are nearby, the bus, the train, the taxi and metro and integrated. we have visited many interesting place and tourist spot area by those efficient public transports with less wasting time for waiting etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get the map from tourist information and metro map and you can visit so many interesting places in Taipei. Walked through from Taipei 101 to city hall metro station and you can see many street performers and shopping alley and department store. Shihlin Night Market is also a good place to see with many quality goods sell at bargain price.

Fantastic location & nice spacious rooms

I'm traveling with my family on free & easy basis. I'm travelled mostly via mrt & HSR to different parts of Taiwan. My 6 days hotel stay saves me alot of time as it is located right opposite Taipei Main Station. I can travel almost anywhere in the shortest amount of time taken. This is v important as I need to consider the convenience of my mum & son who joined me in this trip.
Apart from great location, the service of the staff is good. Very polite, patient & efficient.
Initially I do not like the pillows provided in the room as is too soft for me. I give them a call & they bring me harder pillows. Very satisfied indeed.
The rooms are nice & spacious..this is expected as it is a 5 star hotel. Most things are provided for in
the room, so you need not bring your own stuff to use.
Thumbs up for my stay!

The hotel was lovely, service was superb and the location of the hotel was very convenient as I was traveling via mrt during my visit in Taiwan. Below the hotel is an underground mall connected to the mrt, HSR and TRA station.
