Suprisely I got free upgrading from standard room to a suite room. The suite is large and comfortable, equipped with a large restroom. The view is also nice, facing to the river and city. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Overall I recommend this hotel for either short stay or long stay. The only drawback, if any, is the location is a bit far away from the city center and the distance to the nearest MRT is around 10 minutes walking. But since the taxi fare in city is quite affordable, it could not be an issue.

Although this hotel is quite far away from city center, it is conveniently located near an MRT station and the junction of two major streets. Many shops and restaurants can be found only one stop away by MRT.

Hotel location is about 15-20mins on taxi(400NT) to taipei downtown area, however there's two subway/train station nearby. Excellent service with the friendly front desk staff, my early special requests were fullfilled on the valentine's day. Room is very tidy and clean, but cannot control the air conditioning temp either thru the Smart TV and the unit control itself. Overall, I will stay in this hotel again for sure. Special note: executive room floor can enjoy free 45mins/stay private sauna and jacuzzi.

the location is a bit far from the city center but the hotel is 5 mins walking distant from the nearest mrt station. the hotel is rather new hence the room is quite nice. i do like it. the service is quite good as well.

Manage to spend 2 nights at the hotel. the service was great!! the staffs there were friendly and helpful. Although it is quite a distance from the Taipei city but the train nearby make it easy. the staffs will be able to guide u wherever you wanna go. keep it up guys!!

for the price i paid, i must say that this is a very nice hotel with a good standard of service. the room is spacious and the desk is very well laid out for the business traveller to a point that you can actually conduct a presentation in the room using the rooms tv. every conceivable connection port is available from the work desk!! i'm impressed! the door staff are also very good, running out to meet you with an umbrella the moment it starts to drizzle.
breakfast was ok, not great but ok ....
Shopping Tip:
If not for the fact that I have someone local with me, I would be lost. Kinda regretted that I did not spend more time in learning Chinese. A lot of shops are actually hidden inside buildings so you really need to know the place in order to find the shops that you are looking for.
