The stay at Cityinn hotel was fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive. They provide washing machine and dryer for free for u to wash ur clothes. There are entertainment and refreshment prepared near the laundry area to keep u occupied while u wait for ur laundry to be done. A very clean and attentive hotel and another plus point is that it is right outside ximending station so u have easy access to the shopping and delicious food at ximending.

We booked two rooms for a week stay at cityinn. The service was superb. The staff put effort to greet every guest when passing by the lobby. It makes us feel welcomed. Although the rooms are not really spacious, everything you will need is provided and they refill it everyday, for example toilet amenities, mineral water and even snacks. I really like it that all aspect of our stay at the hotel was well taken care of. There is a laundry room, self service kitchen, snacks bar and business centre,. There is also an area, that is like a photo booth which we can put on props and take photos. The hotel even make it a point to place daily weather forecast in the lift, and staff were attentive enough to remind us to bring umbrella if it is going to rain. All in all, the stay was awesome. I would recommend young travelers to stay in this hotel!
