Good location but inadequate laundry facilities

Very good location just across Exit 3 of Ximen MRT station. The FE 21 shopping centre just opposite the hotel has a good basement foodcourt. Room was generally clean. However one of the reason we chose this hotel was the laundry facility as we
just arrived from a tour of other parts of Taiwan and need to wash our clothes. There were only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which were constantly in use even late into the night and in the early morning. I even saw one of the counter staff using the machine despite seeing that guests were queuing to use the machines. The pantry with coffee/tea/fruit juice etc., is a plus point. Rates are however on the high side.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to foodcourt at basement of FE 21 building. Good food and comfortable seating.

hotel is conveniently located in ximending. it is few mins walking distance away from ximending.
overall a good hotel i will recommend for anyone who doesn't mind staying in small room.

This is supposed to be a design hotel. Yes, there are some nice design touches but the rooms are really tiny, even by Asian standards. We actually stayed in one of the larger rooms but it was too cramped. The hotel was converted from an office building so its plan is not suitable for a hotel. The staff are friendly and the location is great but all these do not make up for the tiny and rather uncomfortable room. I think there are better deals elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place.

travelled with my husband, father and 2 young kids. stayed in the family room and requested for an additional baby cot. the room became very cramp with addition of the cot but the clean, well decorated room and great service staff made the crampiness of the room acceptable. the toilet is very spacious though. don't find the thin walls mentioned by other travellers an issue. maybe my corner room is not affect or maybe my kids are noisier?
will definitely be back to this hotel for future trip to taipei.

abit disappointed with the room cleanliness, after check in, some rubbish underneath a basin and we went down to complain, they do take action and mentioned wanted to waived for one night stay. But after check out, they never give. 2nd time booking with them, after two year old hotel, the cleanliness standare drop abit, but after all, still not bad.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Had booked two room, mine was not as bad as my sister room. But alot of mosquito this time round, think lower floor and weather. This hotel is best deal if u juz want to stay for shopping and back hotel late. Their TV program not bad also. They do allow washing of clothing and dryer.

The hotel is very modern and gives you that fun and relax feeling . The room is consider big for what I have ask for . For those who need a windows view , most of the room is without one . Even if it is a windows view , it is at the bathroom but you cannot see outside . Generally the staff is very courteous and friendly. They are all very helpful also .. Great place to stay .. The location is great , just outside exit 3 of ximen station . For those shopping goers , definitely a place to stay ...

The hotel is nicely located near the Ximen station. It's away from the Ximending market, so you are spared from the crowdiness and noise of the vibrant Ximending night market. Staff services are superb, 100% perfect and no complaints at all. The room I had was on 2nd floor and it was very small for the 3 of us. Rooms are kept cleaned every day which was great. Booked a bigger room if you are not on budget. Overall, a nice experience with the hotel.
