All my expectations were met. It was located just right in front of Exit 3 of Ximen station. The room was very clean and staff were ready to extend their assistance at all times. Highly recommended!

the hotel look clean, feeling comfortable and the interior design in room is attractive. Also, the hotel provided washing machine and water dispenser provided as well, so we no need go and boil water by self. The staffs there are friendly and charming!

Impressive except for the poor sound insulation

we stayed at a room for 4. the room is quite small but the bathroom is huge. wish they could reverse this instead. the location is convenient but located in the middle of 2 roads. so have to cross the road to get anywhere.
what we love:
- free wifi, and very fast too!
- free drink from vending machine at lobby and b1
- free washing machine and dryer. even washing powder is provided at b1!
- also have pc for surfing net, oven, sitting and lounge provided at b1, quite impressive!
- very friendly and helpful staffs
what we don't like:
- poor sound insulation. can even hear chit chatting from next room. can be difficult to sleep if too noisy
- air con not cold enough
- bathroom drainage not fast enough, can flood if bathing for too long at full blast

Great location as we stepped out of the ximending mrt station exit 3, we can see the hotel straight away, the one with the orange sign. Hotel is really near to ximending shops, just one traffic light away. The staff were very friendly and provided us with some suggestions regarding our itinerary and also a useful map of some popular eating places in ximending. 24 hours Party world karaoke is just less than 5 mins walk from the hotel - very near! The room we had was elegant room which stated in their website. Looks exactly like the photo in the website and it was clean and nice! The only con is the one and only small lift which can make you wait pretty long that we walked the stairs sometimes.
