Staff are very friendly and warm. Loacation is great just near the taipei train station. Lots of food aroud the vicinity. Room was very cosy though a little small. Had a great stay!

arrived from the taipei train station and it took us a while to figure out the directions to the hotel. when arrived, the lobby was quite packed and the elevator can only hold 3 ppl max. rooms are small (difficult to open up a suitcase!) but comes with adequate toiletries and are well-maintained. the highlight of this hotel is the very helpful and friendly front desk staff - we asked for directions to a dessert place and initially the lady at the front desk said she doesn't recall having any nearby. just when we left the hotel and was making a turn on the street, the lady caught up to us and said she managed to found a dessert place and handed us directions!). i would definitely consider staying here again despite the small rooms, given their great service and value-for-money.

The location is just opp the Taipei train station so it's convenient if you are a shopper returning to the hotel every night. Opp is a starbucks which is all-important for me every morning. In any case, there is a common pantry in the hotel with freeflow coffee and tea

The overall stay was good as the corner room is very spacious. The hotel is centrally located though the entrance and outlook looks a bit run down. Inside the hotel, the overall furnishings are acceptable with the price and the location. Good for short stay as Taipei is central to travel to the east and taichung area.
