Centrally located but Very Small Room

Very centrally located with nearby Mall & Underground Mall. However, the room is too small. Very difficult to pack / unpack my luggage with the limited space. The lobby was also very cramped and lift very small & slow.

The bed and the environment of the whole hotel are comfortable, but the room is a little bit small. The location is good and lots of restaurant around. The staffs are nice and polite, they can answer my list of questions politely and patiently.

Superb Hotel with very friendly staffs

We stayed for a week and the staffs were very friendly. It's just 5 mins walk to the train station with eateries surrounding the hotels be it starbucks, bubble tea or road side stores. However, the hotel room are suitable for 2 person only. If there are 3 of you, it will be a little cramp.

Comfortable Hotel with good location

Although the hotel lift and room size is a bit small, but overall it has been a great stay for us. The location of the hotel is excellent, within a few minutes walk to the Taipei Main Station and also has a few shopping mails nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When my husband having problems in accessing the internet, the staff came all the way to our room to help us. They always smile and greet us whenever we left or came back to the hotel. The pantry and laundry room on the 2nd level is a plus point. You can do your laundry for free while enjoying a cup of nice coffee outside the pantry room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

1.Generally happy; except didn't realise the bed is on platform i.e not raised , so for elderly people may find some difficulty in climbing in/out of bed.
