Small bed for 2 ppl
Very nice location to visit the whole city. Right next to Taibei Train Station

The room for 1 large bed without window is a quite small one. For 2 ppl, may not very comfortable.
The bath room is really nice. There is electronic seat on the toilet, good for personal health.
I added addition information for them that we are new married couple. They provide a free cheese cake and fruits in the room. This is really considerable.
In the room, usually you can hear the voice from next doors.
Pillows are too thick for me. It will be better to request thinner ones if you are not used to thick one. Otherwise, your neck will feel the difference.
The elevator will need to use room card for running during the night time.
There is service for storing your luggage temporary. If you would like to go out of the city for couple days, you can store the luggage that will not using in the hotel. Seems free.
The location is so nice, one 1 min away from Taibei train station and subway, convenience communication to other places.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The "故宫" is a nice place to go, you will know more history. The exhibition will change from time to time, better wear your sneakers for this trip.

Friendly and comfortable hotel

good location with easy access to the underground malls and MRT. Just need to be careful and look at the signs. Staff pleasant and will try their best to help out if any queries. Food easily accessible in the surrounding area. Good buffet breakfast but the morning take away box a real disappointment - just break, coffee jelly, juice and an apple. Including a proper sandwich should not have been that difficult. Had a King size bed that was more like a queen.

I arrived early in the morning and my check in was waiting. Managed to get a good nights sleep and overall stay was very comfortable. Would stay there again on my next visit.

The location was really good. It was just next to the MRT station. The service was good and efficient. However, the room was small and the facilities were old. The bath gel and shampoo was the same bottle. This was not good enough for such a big hotel.

this hotels location could not be any better! right across from the mrt, and there were even signs in the mrt to follow to get to the hotel. the staff was above and beyond in terms of kindness and professionalism! the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. the toto "wash-let" on the toilet retails at in the u.s. and even those who are afraid of bidets can appreciate the warm water that circulates through the seat to keep it warm! the hotel room provided slippers, combs, razors with shaving cream, toothbrushes with toothpaste, shower caps, and ear swabs! i also loved that the rooms had pump containers of shampoo and hand wash to cut down on plastic waste. another nice thing is that even after checking out for the day, the hotel let us keep our luggage there while we toured around for the afternoon, no extra fee! the gelato in the shop attached to the lobby is amazing! the breakfast buffet was extensive, well balanced, and delicious! i have never been so happy with a hotel choice in all of my travels!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't skip the breakfast! It's a great way to try some new Taiwanese foods, plus they have lots of international favorites (cereal, French breads, waffles!) and it is worth your money to try it out.

the hotel is located next to taipei main station. that make our travel easier and flexible. hotel staffs are friendly and ready to help at all time. the underground shopping street and foods also within walking distance which is less than 5 mins walk. and the best part is, 7-11 is just around the corner! cosmos is a good and strongly recommended hotel to stay with in taipei city.
Travel tip:
Better inform the hotel if u have an early flight to catch, so that the hotel will help to arrange take-away breakfast box. Good service.

Great hotel with a smile

The triple is big and spaces, just nice for our family. The staffs is friendly and ready to help at all time with smile. Location is good, just next to Taipei main station where it makes our trip easier and convenience, the shopping street and food court are within walking distance. McDonald and 7-11 is just around the corner as well. Cosmos hotel is a great place to stay.
