very nice and the best location i had in taipe

after we finished whole week around the island tour.we moved to cosmos hotel for 3 more days. i found out the service is very friendly and the most conciderate worker we had met.we check in early around 11a (original we only went put our two case of book in storage)and when we left to airport(8am in the morring , one of worker call taxi for us even told us use the mitter will checper( only 950nt instate 1200 or more..).
the location is the best of all. we went to tamsui ,nangang ,and shilin night market are very easy and we have time to rest in between. the other hight light is food, the breakfast are very good and restrants are very closed. the train station had all kinds of food.

centrally located. would definitely recommend to friends as it is very convenient because the train station is just beside it. would definitely stay in this hotel whenever in taipei. staff are very professional, polite and attentive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
even beats another 5-star hotel in terms of quality.

Hotel is perfectly located near Taipei train station. Easy walking distance to High Speed Rail, MRT and normal rail stations. Staff are very polite and overall very good service level. Breakfast is reasonable and definite value for money hotel. Only minor irritation is that chamber maids tend to be very noisy in mornings shouting across corridors. So if you were to wake late around 9am it will be very disruptive.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Taipei Main Station. The room we had was small, but it was still comfortable and clean. The room was not sound-proof, so we could hear people's voices when they walk past our room or when they are in the adjoining rooms.
Service was great. The breakfast buffet was an excellent spread.

Excellent location and extremely friendly service

One thing that immediately stands out is the extremely friendly service of all the staff. They helped us with our bags, chatted and introduced tourist spots while we were checking-in, served us tea while we were waiting and even helped us cross the road. The location was also great, which was why we chose this hotel initially. This is a great hotel to stay if you need to catch a High Speed Rail train.

superb location, excellent service - not just 1 particular staff but all the staff we came in contact.

we chose cosmos for our last nite accommodation after spending 6 days in taipei. got to say we're totally impressed with the excellent service - it's the attentiveness and thoughtfulness that really made a difference. the location is just perfect, you even have a 'm3' exit at taipei mrt that's specifically marked to this hotel. the hotel is not new but very well maintained and we can tell from the details in the family triple room that it's been recently upgraded. the room is spacious too. we'll most certainly will pick this hotel again the next time we visit taipei and highly recommend it to all our friends visiting taipei.

Once you step in the front desk and greeted with warm welcome.
Room Service's response almost instantly. Before you step out of the hotel the staff will remind you of the weather to take precaution to extra clothing to keep warm. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends or relative to stay in this hotel if they travel to Taiwan.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The public transport is very convenient,cheap and easy to take from one point to your destination. If you can read Chinese/Mandarin will be an advantage.
