A hotel with v. good location, just next to tai pei metro station. Clean and tidy guest room.
The staff was so helpfull! We missed the airport shuttle bus, and the staff helped us to call the bus company and arrange a bus for us. Although we still can't get the bus finally, we appreciate their help.

Conveniently located and great customer service

we were pleasantly surprised of how conveniently located this hotel is. we had a 5 nights stay and were welcome by the very friendly, ever-smiling staff. the hotel is currently undergoing upgrading with the main entrance area partly covered.
the room wasn't very spacious but acceptable, it was a lil old but clean. the toilet door wasn't working properly and gave a screeching noise whenever it's used. the worst experience was the air-condition which was probably due to the upgrading, it was not cold enough despite turning it to maximum and gave out cracking noise which was very obvious especially at night. it was really bad and we didn't sleep well through out our stay.
we voiced out the issue to the staff but unfortunately, the situation didn't improve (including the super noisy toilet door). we had to move and positioned the bed to the center of the room, right under the air-con blower but still, it didn't help much.

The hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly. The hotel is located near taipei main station and bus station and there were many buses there available which could bring you to different places. The staff at the information counter was very friendly and suggested various places, however, information provided on the specific directions to the various places were vague.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

This hotel is very neat, centrally located. The High speed Train station, Train station and MRT station are just next door where indoor shopping centre is located. You will never go hungry in this place.
The hotel staff are very polite and this is one place that I will defintely recommend to my friends

Very good customer service. We complained about the condition of the room an they attended to our request really fast.

The first room we stayed in had bed mites and smelled of molds. We complained to the front desk and we were immediately transferred to a better room. The manager personally apologized and made sure we were comfortable in the new room.

we chose this hotel as it is within walking distance to the central station and the high speed rail. from the hotel, we could easily travelled out to various parts of taiwan; and the nearby night markets. food was in abundance around this place.
