Better than I expected based on other reviews

The location could not be any better if you are coming from the airport by Evergreen bus. It drops you off around the corner from the hotel less than 2 minutes from the bus stop. There are also 2 subway lines less than 5 minutes away. The room was clean with wooden floors and did not have any musty smell that others have complained about.

Decent stay
Price is good, very convenient, breakfast included!

2 concerns:
1: no body tended to offer a hand for your luggage. They just watch you kinda suffer. They offered their help at the very end tho.
2: house keeping is really slow
Out at 11am, back at 4pm and the room is still not clean.

Regular 3 star business hotel. Little outdated. AC was way to strong and impossible to adjust to the right temperature. I booked 3 consecutive nights in 2 occasions on Adgoda.com with same room type and rate, but requested to say in the same room in all nights when checked in. They couldn't accommodate the request so I had to move rooms.
Overall, good hotel for its value and location.

the hotel location is the best.
just 5 mins from train station, and airport bus stop.
there are also many shops nearby.
breakfast service is very good, buffet breakfast with lots of varieties, and you can request for omelette too. the dining area has tv and lots of newspaper to read too.
i have been staying in this hotel everytime i come to taipei, but i realise the hotel price has been rising, it is now more expensive than the hotels in taipei station/ximenting. i hope the hotel price remains!

Convenient, Free Wifi at business center & restaur

The hotel is near the MRT station, Dept stores & restaurants. Staffs are friendly and polite. Nice business center with free wifi, desktop computer and 24-hours free coffees and hot water. Room is clean. Overall, reasonable price and with quality services. It'll be better to have the free wifi access in room.

- location (close to train station, shopping, restaurants)
- large comfortable bed
- friendly service staff
- near to the airport-city bus drop off point (bus 2060 from taoyuan airport)
- near bus stop for airport buses
cons:
- bathroom floor was constantly wet, even after housekeeping has cleaned the room. can't understand why it's so.
- shower head was way too low, very hard to take a shower unless you hold the shower head with one hand and wash yourself with the other
