Booked this room for my uncle and his wife. They always stay here in Deja Vu Hotel each time they are in Taipei due to the location of the hotel which is convenient for shopping. Walking distance to the airport shuttle stop.
Sogo department store nearby, and lots of restaurants around.

Also another nice, friendly and helpful male staff assistance with web and taxi. I highly recommend them as best staffs. They made our stay worthy and enjoyable.

the hotel is decent, rooms seems abit old but can cope with, however the bed is very comfortable. The wire internet in the rooms doesnt work that well, and plus theres no wifi only at the business center. Overall I could cope with the cons about this hotel, I like the convenience of the hotel location, everything is within walking distance such as shopping area, eatery, MRT.
Shopping Tip:
there are alot of smaller shops in the back streets.

Only stayed in the hotel for two days. It was a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is good. It is situated near to Zhongxiao Fuxing train station. SOGO is just a few steps away from the hotel. The room is by far the most spacious room I ever stay in Taipei. Room service standard is excellent and the staff are friendly too. I would recommend travellers who are bringing family members to stay here.

hotel is located very near to chunghsiao road 忠孝東路, mrt and shopping malls are just within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. hotel room is clean but it is quite old. breakfast is ok. not too value for money. but overall experience is ok, hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. recommended for those travelers who shopping is the no. 1 priority while visit to taipei.

If you want a no frills, decent, affordable hotel look no further this is it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pregnant concierge even wanted to lift our bags, we said no, she was very friendly.

Booking in and checking in were efficiently managed.
Staff were very courteous and helpful, in particular with the storage of extra luggage.
The rooms were clean, well made up, comfortable and stocked with all a traveler may require.
The meals were of high quality.
The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and very close to public transport, allowing easy access to all tourist spots in Taipei.
I am happy to recommend the hotel and to use it again in the future.
