Staff is good at understanding English.

I was given a smoking room, while asked for non-smoking. AC had broken heater.

Although the room was clean, smell of smoke was everywhere. Room temperature was below 19C, and AC was not able to turn on its heater. Restaurant is located in the basement, but in order to get there you have a change to bash your head into low ceiling. There are several hotels of better value for money in the same block, so better choose them.
