Hotel is close to Taipei station. It is clean and comfortable.
Wifi connection is fast. Breakfast at Dante cafe is also delicious.
Forte orange hotel @ 開封street is highly recommended.
(But there is some leakage in my bathroom and it make the carpet wet).

Practical Hotel for Business Travel

This is the first time I am staying at this hotel and it won't be the last. May be a little difficult to find if like me, you are not too good at reading Chinese road signs but once you get used to the place, it is relatively easy. The hotel is located like 5 minutes easy walk from the High Speed Train Station of Taipei. Plenty of places to eat and there is a convenience store is just next door!
The room is small but really, I am there for business and don't need that much space for myself. Wifi is decent and the room is clean and has the usual amenities. Funny thing is the location of the TV. It is wall mounted to the wall on the right side of bed so for a person like me who likes to watch TV to sleep, the angle is just a little ....Odd .... Would have scored full marks if the TV while wall mounted and be tilted to face the bed ....
Staff is very helpful and even goes downstairs to help me flag for a cab and speak to the driver to ensure that I get to my correct destination. ++
Oh, no dining facilities in this hotel and for breakfast, you get vouchers to Dante's Cafe which is like a one minute walk away. Limited selection but .... decent. Otherwise, you can easily get a bite anywhere around the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If like me, you look for small hotels, get a good and updated map. GPS!! else it may be a little challenging.

The room was spacious and had a king size bed, which was very comfortable. Items we requested for, like extra towels, or an ironing board and a flat iron, were delivered to the room right away.
We could hear noises from the hall sometimes, as the corridors are narrow and the rooms are not soundproofed.
The only downside was that breakfast was outside of the hotel building. It's only a short walk to Dante's Coffee (where they serve breakfast), but if you're too lazy to go out early in the morning, especially during the winter when it's too cold, this is not very ideal.

My overall experience was Fast, Efficient, Friendly. Less than 45 seconds check in process which Five Star hotel may not be easier. The room safety box is faulty upon check in and I forgotten to switched off my Do Not Disturb light when I left the room. I asked for fix it, when I step in to my room and the staff gave me a courtesy call to inform that the safety box already fixed and apologised for the inconvenience caused. I requested for an additional three bottles of mineral water and the Room Attendant has follow my requirement. Overall experience was great as this is my second visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you need a place for quite and convenience, this is the best location to choose Orange Business Hotel - Kaifong or Guanqian.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel with my husband. The room is in good size & bright. There is free wifi provided in the hotel. All standard amenities provided. Location is good but beware there is another Forte Orange Business Hotel nearby to the department store. I went to the wrong one at the beginning.
