Hotel looked old and dirty, light was dim and have a smell of old hotel, the carpet and the chair in room feels like haven't been cleaned for ages, and I found stain on the pillow & duvet cover. The air-conditioning was not functioning properly, rooms were absolutely not soundproof as I heard people in the other room (which was 2 rooms away) talking loudly. Service was minimal but polite. Not worthing this price and don't think I will return again.

though not closest to the city hub, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from zhong shan mtr station. the rooms are relatively spacious compared with other hotels of the same price range. all basic amenities are provided and it can suit the needs of especially business travellers. there are also some good restaurants and delicacies shops around the neighbourhood.

it is central to anywhere you want to get to in zhongshan district. the hotel is small, the rooms are small, but very clean and interior looks new. as many people have stated before, the room is really small. i am a single traveler and only stayed one night, but if you are not alone, or if you are staying for a week for business, it may not be too comfortable
Shopping Tip:
The night market (can't remember the name) is about 15-20 min walking distance. Has a good selection of traditional Taiwanese snack food.

the bathroom is an semi-open concept, with the basin next to the bed. the shower is rather narrow, and there is no place to hang clothes, making it a rather inconvenient experience overall, unless one is staying alone.
being a business hotel, there is also no wifi in the room. found this rather inconvenient as well.
location is good, close to many eateries and about 10 mins from the closest mrt station.
