service, good location

rooms are a bit small

Overall I found this hotel very pleasant, and not too expensive if you purchase online. The service was very helpful (they let us check in much earlier than expected) and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. It is a few minutes walking distance to the Da'an MRT station (the brown line, which does require a few transfers for most of the tourist sites, except the zoo). I found the rooms comfortable and clean but a little small (not so much as to be uncomfortable). I would go again.

great sauna, good food, nice room, nice people

far away from Int. Conference Center and Taipei 101

It is a very nice hotel with helpful staff. The room is clean and comfortable. Nice TV and iPod dock. I loved the sauna. The breakfast is manifold, they have both European and Asian style. The metro station is just 3 minutes away, but it is 25 minutes walking distance to the International Conference Center and Taipei 101. You can get there from the airport taking Airbus 31, stop by Howard Plaza and walk 3 corners or take a taxi.

Good location; not too far from Da-an MRT station. Business center with computers and printers and coffee and cookies in the lobby. In-room internet connection.

Though bed sheets are changed daily, some days there are small holes or odd looking stains on them. Hotel should re-evaluate their bed sheet inventory and throw out those with either holes or stains that don't wash off.

With the exception of the bedsheets, the hotel was decent. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a comfortable ambiance. Free in-room internet connection was fast and coffee was good. Fruit basket had one of the sweetest mangoes I have ever had.
