Families with young children Indonesia, December 25, 2012	Great view luxury hotel The view is great 7.7 the hotel is located at the sea side, very nice view and environment. the room is big, amenities are good. the hotel located quite a distance from the city center, but hotel provide transport from and to the mrt station. the hotel has a tower with revolving seat which we can observe the surrounding environment. we can also take speed boat to mrt station with affordable cost. overall, a great hotel for leisure and vacation.

Couples Australia, November 03, 2012	Without a doubt the best hotel I have stayed in 1st class customer service, awesome location and wonderfully appointed 10 i cannot fault this hotel. i lost my phone & 2 credit cards in a taxi. the front desk ensured their return. i bumped into the duty manager by coincidence and he took the time to have a chat. big comfy rooms, fantastic location near the lovers tower and night markets. can't wait for my next trip, this hotel will be the first that i book. the staff here are masters of their craft, other hotels can learn a thing or two from these folks. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: This place has to be seen to be believed. The eminence starts in the driveway when you get out of your ride.
