Request late check out, they charge 40,000台币 for every 30mins start from 12pm count down. Extra one person in the private hot spring room, 100,000台币 per day. Total extra pay 420,000台币for 3 days because of booking from agoda promotion rate. We enquiry any famous point around hotel, receiption answer dont know with unhappy manners. Finally we found a hot spring muzeum opposite to the hotel. Night shift receiption is very friendly.

Nice room and helpful staffs
Room with own hot spring bath tab!
9.7
I travel in early January 2013. The staffs are helpful and the hotel is clean. Great location and quite near to MRT station about 5 to 10 minutes walk but i took taxi to taipei after staying at this hotel for a night just to experience the private hot spring bathtub in my own room. My 1 year 10 months daughter enjoyed the stay as the room is spacious. However having said that the check in time and check out time is rather strict. Additional charges will be charged in the event of early check in or late check out. There is only one lift and its quite small. There is no staffs in charge of handling your luaggages but the lady receptionist is quite helpful.I may stay in that hotel again if I do stay a night in beitou hot spring again. But a day trip is good enough actually.

Big bedroom with private hotspring pool
8.3
the first impression is not too good as the hotel lobby is small and looks quite old fashioned. the hotel room is spacious with a huge pool for hot spring water installed in each room. you may complain there is no public hotspring facility provided by the hotel, the hotspring bath can be done privately inside your own room. the other complaint is about the check in time, you can only check in at 6pm and check out at 12pm, not a good choice if you only stay 1 night.

Lovely hotel But under staffed
Private hot spring available in your own hotel room
8.7
A very nice hotel with big room and your own private hot spring area. The room was very nicely decorated. The bed was big enough for our family of 3 (my son is 3 yrs old).
The only not too good about this hotel was that there seem to have insufficient staff around. The ladies at the front desk will have to manage check-in and at the same time occupants who needs to leave their luggage with them due to unavailable of room as check-in time was after 5pm.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is located near the Xin Bei Tou MRT which only needs 5 minds walk. Traveller with many luggages will best to hire a cab in.

Lovely hotel with private in-room hot spring!
Private hot spring, great for family and lovers. great location and service
9
Having your own private hot spring in your balcony is the best thing to have for a hot spring experience (and unaffordable in Japan), whether you're travelling with young kids or on honeymoon. Hotel is also very well located, within walking distance to the XinBeitou MRT, and therefore near all the key restaurants and shops and tourist sites. Service was good and efficient. Excellent value-for-money compared with staying in Taipei hotels.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As many other travellers have warned, note that most hot spring hotels only allow check in at 5 or 6pm. This hotel's 6pm, but they were nice enough to let us in when we arrived at 5pm with two young childeren. Check out is 12 noon, and we think the reason for the long period of room-making is because they need to clean the in-room bath, and air and dry it, particularly for a humid country like Taiwan. And they certainly did a great job, as the rooms and bath were squeaky clean and dry over the two nights we stayed in it. Also recommend soaking in the hot spring twice a day - once before dinner (and you will eat heartily and sleep soundly) and once before breakfast. The late checkout at noon facilitates these!

Nice hotel in a nice location
Huge room, great friendly service
9.3
The hotel is a nice surprise. The room is almost as large as a suite, everything's nice and new, and the balcony allows us to laze around reading a good book. Earlier comments about the shower and bathroom not being separately didn't affect us much. We requested for an extra blanket to be placed in a little corner for our toddler, and the lady obliged with a smile and even helped us lay it nicely.
Beitou area is nice and laid back, food prices are cheaper than downtown Taipei and you can travel to nearby attractions, saving much time. Great for a couple getaway!
Only one complaint - get a room on a higher level so that you can have an outside view. Ours was on the 2nd floor and a millipede crawled in through the open window! Luckily, it was just before we checked out, so it didn't affect us much.

The room is beautiful and the pool is big
The room is beautiful and the pool is big for 3 persons
9.7
i like this hotel very much. the bed is big for 3 persons. actually, 4 people sleep at the same bed is okay also. (my child is 4 and 6 years old). the pool is big which like a small swimming pool and my kid always play there. hotel is good which do not need us to pay extra fee for my kids breadfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
a lot of resturant is near to hotel.
