Couples Singapore, May 16, 2013	Great location and friendly staff (1) Extremely near to subway station, (2) friendly staff, (3) near to ximending eateries and attractions 8.7 First, the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in timing was rather late, but we could deposit our baggage there. They always had recommendations on where to go, as well as gave tips on the weather and which destinations were likely to be packed. Second, the location was excellent. Someone walking real fast could probably reach the hotel in a couple of minutes from the entrance of the ximending station. Finding it initially may be a challenge, as we had to rely on directions offered by passers-by. It’s also flanked by Cosmed, Watsons, Family Marts and 7-Elevens, so if you do want to grab some toiletries, snacks, or medicine, everything’s within a 5 minute walk. Third, the toilet was as everyone said, cramped. Also, the shower head was placed at a weird and uncomfortable location. But that was solved by just holding the shower head manually (I’m nitpicking). Fourth, there were small flies around which we never got around to finding out where they came from. But those weren’t of big concern, and there weren’t many. Fifth, WIFI was reliable, fast, and had great connectivity. There were power plugs which had the 3-pin type, so I didn’t have to use my travel adapter. Sixth, the bed was extremely comfortable. Seventh, the tables were slightly (depending on your comfort level) dirty. I could see stains (dried and presumably for ages) on it. But for the price range, one can’t expect world class service.

Quiet inn surrounding 9 Had a wonderful 7 days 6 nights stay at this inn. The customer service is superbly good. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Free wifi in the room!!! The signal is amazingly strong! They provide free internet pc as well. The connection is fast too! I will come back to this INN again!!
