Superb Location

I chose this hotel because I'm travelling with my 3 year old kid so convenience is very important. We had one night to stay in Taipei before moving on to another destination. I found out that this hotel actually sits right opposite the Shilin night market. There you have it. Shopping and food right across the road!

Big room at a great location!
The room is big as compared to other hotels in Taipei. This hotel is just opposite Shilin night market, around 3 min away. The breakfast is good with the chef cooking selected food for us.

Clean and new hotel in a great location

Walking distance to MRT station, night market just across the street. The room was big and nicely equipped, although with no in-room safe. Bathrobes are not available, even upon request. Bathroom is clean, with a great shower and Japanese style sitting bathtub. Front desk staff is neither friendly nor helpful and should probably not be working in the service industry. Restaurant staff was great. Breakfast is decent, if you like cilantro in your scrambled eggs, that is. Hotel is overpriced by Asian standards, but a pretty good deal for Taipei.
