The room we booked is Tender which is the second smallest room type. However, the room is quote spacious with an in-room hot spring separated from the bedroom. The room is cozy and the food is great. It is very nice for couple to spend a few romantic nights. Just one bad comment - there is a small cockroach flying in the terrace which scared me out!

Hotel upgraded my room without my agreement. Though it was an upgrade, but i would still prefer the room i booked which was facing to the parks. The upgraded room they gave us was facing to the street and other building. Windows were very large, and have to pull down all the curtains when we wanted to enjoy the in-room hot spring bathtub in the balcony. Yet, the curtains were unable to completely cover the whole windows. Overall condition of the room was considered old, not as new as shown in the picture.

We got a free upgrade because the room we booked wasn't available, the design of the hotel was very modern and welcoming. The room was a reasonable size, but it felt damp in the room, we kept our ac just to see if it can dry the space.
Hot spring tube looked yellow, because the hot spring water is yellow-ish. Hot spring itself was very nice. There was a steamer in the shower, wish there was instruction on how to use it. Loved how the tv can turn 360 degrees and the small tv in the washroom.
There is a visible wear and tear in the hotel, but overall the experience was pleasant.
Location isn't so great, it takes 15-20 min to walk to MRT station or cost bout 75$ NT or a taxi.
Breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of selection.

- Pick up from Metro was available so it was very convenient
- Great to have in room hot spring, sauna and steam
- Overall hotel was nice
- Room was a little old. Design was nice but furnitures were old and not at best condition
- Worse thing was there was a lizard in my room which was quite scary
