Very good experience. Nice decoration with mordern design. Room is a bit small and the mattress is too soft for me. But food is plus, full english breakfast with great choices. Plates and cups are beautiful. Coffee machine is provided in the room and very easy to use. B&O stero system is not very useful. Genrally good hotel in city centre with great value, if you don't care about the room size.

Fast check it. Staff very helpful. Room was on the small side but full of nice design touches and small extras that made it more than somewhere to sleep. Not very close to the MRT but still on a 8-10 mins walk, and taxis are reasonable.

The service here was IMPECCABLE. The staff always made sure to accompany us from the door to the taxi. They would walk us to the road, flagged a taxi and made sure our driver knew where we wanted to go. When our driver had no child seat, the hotel made available a child seat for us to use at no extra charge. Room service was quick and prompt, and all the staff really went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one.
The only negative for us was the size of the rooms. It was a bit small. Especially if you have small kids.
